To enhance the user experience and overall feel design according to Starbucks requirements, V-Series customized the digital menu to further personalized the experience with a new digital menu technology to replace paper flyers and traditional board-style menu, which added flexibility of Starbucks to distributing the content remotely. Instead of solely focusing on making every product digital, with PCAP Touch Screen Technology, V-Series Interactive Community Board enabled customers to reload or top up their Starbucks cards with ease and in a contactless way. Moreover, the drive-through facilities are often viewed as a convenience that sacrifices human interaction. But now, with V-Series Face-to-Face Drive-Thru Kiosk, we totally digitalized the drive-thru experience, together with the card reader functions, and displaying the digital screen menu outdoor! With the enclosure design that able to cater to the outdoor environment, it enables the Starbucks customer to enjoy a more personalized and ensure continued guaranteeing customer safety in a pandemic.
