An End-To-End Drive-Thru System
1. Pre-Ordering Digital Menu Signage
Upon arrival at the drive-thru lane, customers would start getting engaged by a slim depth outdoor digital signage displaying dynamic menu. Hence, it can help customers start choosing their meals which helps to increase ordering speed at the second stage.
2. Vehicle Detector 1
A magnetic loop that installed underground at the ordering counter. Whenever a car stopped at the ordering counter, it will alert the crew through the Drive-Thru Communication System and it will automatically record the time when the car enters the ordering area for further analysis purposes.
3. Post-Ordering Digital Menu Signage
A dual-digital menu panel displaying complete menu that comes along with new promotions and sets for customers reference during their ordering process. High-definition and contrasting images of foods and drinks will prompt customers to order more.
4. F2F Ordering & Payment Kiosk
Integrated with Drive-Thru Communication System, F2F camera, and necessary components based on clients’ requirements. Contactless face-to-face ordering can be achieved through a two-way video feed between the crew and customers to enhance customers’ contactless ordering experience. It also functions as a digital signage by displaying vivid dynamic content and promotions when idle and instantly displays an ordering screen upon car arrival.
5. Vehicle Detector 2
Another magnetic loop that installed underground at the collection counter. It is used to record the time spent to complete an order for further analysis purposes.
6. Drive-Thru Communication System & Analytic Panel
The Drive-Thru Communication System is a complete set of communications system that is specially designed for the daily operation of drive-thru service. While the Analytic Panel is specially developed by V-Series for data collection and quantitative analysis. The panel will show the time when the loop detectors detect car arrived at the ordering counter and the collecting counter. Besides, it will also show the total cars in the lane and the total cars on that day. From here, the top management level is able to track the performance of their drive-thru sales, staff ordering speed and etc.
