How Our System Works?

Document Submission

  1. Customers submit documents by entering the code number they received prior upon pre-registration.
  2. The kiosk door automatically opens, allowing document placement into the pocket.
  3. Upon door closing, a weight sensor triggers the conveyor belt to move the document to the collection box at the bottom of the submission kiosk.
  4. Staff collects documents from the collection box at the end of the day.

Document Collection

  1. Staff place reviewed documents in assigned lockers.
  2. Customers receive a notification for collection.

  3. Customers scan their QR code and verify their identity at the locker by inserting their Identity Card.

  4. The locker door opens automatically for document retrieval once verification is successful.
