They appointed V-Series International Sdn Bhd to supply and assist their local team to completely replace their aging infrastructure with our state-of-the-art, high refresh-rate P2 LED displays.

The goal was to create a massive, seamless digital canvas that would dominate the venue and elevate the club-goer’s experience. The scale of the project was monumental, requiring over 93 square meters of ultra-fine pitch LED displays, including a massive 8.19m x 6.65m main screen and dual 13.5m long screen along the side walls. By completely replacing their legacy system with a fully customized V-Series P2 LED solution, MUIN Bangkok wasn’t just buying new screens—they were investing in the ultimate, future-proofed nightlife experience.

Project Insights & Challenges

An overseas deployment of this scale demanded absolute precision—especially given the unique on-site constraints at MUIN Bangkok.

The first major hurdle was a structural puzzle. The massive new displays needed to be retrofitted directly onto the club’s existing LED structure to avoid a costly and time-consuming venue teardown. Because standard 320mm x 160mm LED modules would not fit this legacy rigging, V-Series designed and manufactured fully customized 256mm x 128mm LED modules, ensuring a flawless integration that matched the venue’s exact dimensions without requiring any structural modifications.

Beyond the hardware, the installation itself presented an unforeseen operational challenge. The client requested a guided installation model where V-Series would supply the displays and provide 1 lead trainer to direct the club’s inexperienced staff.

However, P2 LED modules possess an ultra-fine pixel pitch, making them highly delicate. Despite direct supervision, the local crew handled the panels with excessive force, resulting in thousands of fragile micro-pixels being knocked off during the mounting process. Recognizing that spare modules could not salvage the situation, we immediately mobilized a specialized team of expert LED technicians and flew them directly to Bangkok. They established an on-site repair station and worked relentlessly, meticulously re-soldering and restoring the damaged modules on the spot.

In the nightlife industry, downtime directly equates to lost revenue, and MUIN Bangkok had scheduled a non-negotiable two-week closure to complete all venue renovations. The AV installation had absolutely zero margin for error.

Through our upfront custom engineering and the rapid deployment of our specialized repair team, V-Series successfully navigated these hurdles. We managed to complete the entire installation, repair the damaged units, and fully calibrate the visual ecosystem within the unforgiving 14-day window, allowing the club to relaunch exactly as scheduled.
