PERKESO Transforms Public Communication with Large-Scale P8 Outdoor Naked-Eye 3D LED Displays

In a strategic move to modernize public communications and enhance stakeholder engagement, V-Series was appointed to execute the turnkey implementation of two premium outdoor 3D LED displays at Menara PERKESO and Wisma PERKESO.

As the primary government body overseeing the Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), PERKESO manages critical national employment welfare frameworks and comprehensive social insurance portfolios. To effectively broadcast these vital protection packages and raise public awareness, V-Series deployed two high-performance outdoor digital canvases, engineered at a commanding size of 23,040mm (W) x 8,640mm (H) at Menara Perkeso and 19,200mm (W) x 12,480mm (H) at Wisma Perkeso.

Designed with a seamless 90-degree corner architecture, these displays serve as cutting-edge promotional mediums capable of rendering immersive, naked-eye 3D anamorphic content. Project Insight

V-Series managed the installation of large-format digital screens in high-security government facilities through close coordination with the main contractor handling the site’s civil works.

As the appointed LED solution provider, our team worked together with the main contractor responsible for electrical piping and main power systems to ensure all cabling and data connections were properly integrated into the structure before the LED panels were installed. This helped avoid delays and ensured a smooth installation process.

Furthermore, deploying a corner-wrap 3D screens require precise alignment to create a seamless visual effect. Hence, V-Series carefully studied the structure of both Menara PERKESO and Wisma PERKESO to ensure accurate positioning of the 90-degree corner display. As the work was carried out in active government office areas, installation schedules were planned carefully to avoid disrupting PERKESO staff and visitors. Through a well-organized workflow and proper coordination, V-Series successfully transformed the buildings into impactful digital landmarks while maintaining normal daily operations.

The Solutions

• Deployed with durable P8 Outdoor LED screens with IP66 weatherproof protection, designed to withstand Malaysia’s weather conditions including heavy rain, humidity, and dust. The screens also support rear maintenance access for faster servicing. The LED display also delivers high brightness visual up to 5500 nits, ensuring clear and visible content even under direct sunlight and outdoor daytime conditions. With a contrast ratio of up to 5000:1, the screen produces richer colors and sharper visuals, helping advertisements and campaign messages stand out to attract more audience attention.

• The 3D screens are powered by an advanced Colorlight Controller that ensures smooth, synchronized visuals across the 90-degree corner display, creating a seamless naked-eye 3D effect.

• Both screens are managed through V-Series’ CLOUD based content management system – VigitSIGN, allowing PERKESO to remotely schedule content, monitor screen status, and track campaign performance in real time.
